We are an online retailer of whole grains, Komo grain mills and Ankarsrum Mixers. Our grain is as farm direct as possible. The whole idea is to make flour as accessible and easy as making coffee. It's completely fresh and unprocessed, leaving all the nutrition intact. Modern flour is so refined that Canada actually regulates a base level of nutrition that has to be put back in to the flour! This is non-sense and completely fiat thinking! Grow the grain, mill the grain, and eat the whole grain!
